Whilst their print quality is always first class, what really impresses me with XXLPIX is that when the inevitable, occasional problem arises just how proactive their customer support is. Problems are always fixed quickly and to the benefit of my clients. I'm by no means XXLPIX's biggest or most important customer but I'm always made to feel like it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Hello Had to send package to my daughter because your courier wouldn't deliver to my home on the isle of Wight, because it is "a remote location", The Royal Mail find it fine along with DPD, DHL, UPS........ Patrick Eden

XXLPIX were a great find for me and I’ve just started to use them for Alu-Dibond prints, having previously purchased several canvas prints; I’ve always been very impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service team are brilliant. Their focus is on high-end products and services for professionals without the high-end price; although I’m by no means a professional, they’ve welcomed me as a customer and I always feel like they care - which goes a long way in my book.

Hi I would just like to say well done to XXLPIX they where great!!!! even though the pandemic I had a very big print that needed printing and mounting so I up loaded it to the website on the Friday on the Monday Germany went into lockdown so I thought I would have to wait about a month for it to arrive in the uk but no just over a week and it arrive well packaged and it looked great!!

Well I used this company because it was the only one that could produce an alluminium print the size I wanted it, which was 176cm x 112cm. Catharina who I liaised with was fantastic and kept me updated with where my order was at every step. She is a credit to the company. So the customer service was great and the only part which I wasn't really impressed with was the delivery as the first time it was delivered, it was damaged on one corner but it was fine the second time. What would have been a nice touch would have been to receive a coupon/voucher for money off next order as my client did spend over £450 on the print.

Excellent service and the quality is outstanding. The company certainly understands the customer requirements and delivered on all counts. I can’t recommend them highly for price and the finished product.
